2. About the Site

The Site is published by Play On WA, a social-welfare advocacy effort organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Play On WA represents the developers, publishers, and players of social casino games and works to promote a fact-based understanding of these games and balanced regulation in Washington State. The Site provides educational and advocacy content and reflects the views and positions of Play On WA.

Content on the Site is provided for general information and advocacy purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
